Constantly Changing

Life is a continuous journey with phases. From birth to adolescence, from middle age to old age, every phase has its own pleasures and challenges. During this journey, we cross through rough patches, hilly terrains, thorny paths, and rosy carpets too.

Life is an unstoppable mystery box, which only opens as we move forward. During this journey we encounter different, unique situations. Today’s world is highly competitive, everybody is running in the rat race to forge ahead to the finish line. This has made life highly mechanized and monotonous.

We all have stepped into a New Year. Whenever a year comes to an end, we always look within ourselves and think about which areas we can change. We always want to be better than yesterday. New Year’s resolutions lend themselves beautifully to conquer challenges and start new changes.

Stop Complaining, Start Accepting:

Rather than just finding issues in anything and everything under the sun, it is better for me to accept things as they are, and then try making them the way I want.

Live in the Present:

I haul a lot of past baggage spend too much time thinking about the future. I am not saying planning for the future is bad, but overthinking it is.

The secret for happy life is: ditch the past and stop worrying about the future, live in present.

Stop Expecting, Start accepting:

Unfulfilled expectations always hurt. Rather than expecting, it is better to accept things the way they are and learn to appreciate what we have.

Be Happy:

No matter what, I am trying to stay happy. Deriving happiness in smallest of things help us to reduce stress and makes life just a little brighter.

Remember the only constant is change, let 2018 be the year of your revival.

Every individual is different. Change is inevitable. To evolve we have to change. And changing for better is not bad at all. We need to live our lives to the fullest!
