Love is Natural

When one is in love, the whole world turns into a paradise. It is a blessing in itself, either to be loved by someone to the moon and back or to love someone unconditionally. I have been very lucky to be the youngest and most loved one; first, in my maternal family and second, with my in-laws.

For me, marriage was just like a roller coaster ride I had never wanted to experience.

Like any other darling daughter, I never wanted to leave my father’s place or my home of freedom and love. But nature had set its goal and being in the arms of my beloved actually filled my life with more love and affection.

It is not just that I fell in love with him as soon as I met him. Our bond seems to grow stronger and stronger with each passing year of marriage. And believe me, I can only say this after spending seven years together. The more time we have got to know each other; the more we have loved each other. Priceless love asks for your valuable time. I don’t know much about love at first sight but I do know that finding eternal love in arranged marriages need a lot of time and understanding for each other. And luckily, he has been with me all the time, whenever I needed him.

Being a writer and a day dreamer, I always thought of love as some fantasy. As I grew up watching the amazing Bollywood romantic movies, I always considered them as fantabulous fantasy stories. Indeed, I never believed in true love and had been very harsh with my husband when we talked about ‘love’. He has proved me wrong by making me believe in love. It is true, if you are gifted with love; then you have everything in life.

Love is natural through God; and you will receive what you ask for.

I have been greatly inspired and influenced by the love my parents have for each other and for their children. Through them, I have inherited this powerful and precious gift: love. The love one needs depends on their nourishment, environment and nature of oneself. I am grateful to my parents for nourishing, educating and loving me.

I had a lot of negativity in me in childhood, but growing up in the harmony of my parents transformed me to a positive and a loveable person.

Money, status, beauty and career will only give you a satisfactory life if it also includes blissful ‘love.’ On the other hand; hatred, anger and jealousy stealthily excludes peace, harmony and love from your life and ultimately leads to distress and depression. Everything will go smoothly, if you treasure and spread love around you.

Why is childhood seen as this special phase of life? They are little figures engulfed with selfless love. And they only know to spread love and smiles more and more. My little one has taught me many lessons including this one: “every moment of your life is a celebration when you enjoy it with love.”

So love yourself, love others. be loved by others. Thank You God
