Once upon a time, my mom told me:

"All men betray - sooner or later - you’ll find it out”.

"Really? No faithful men on Earth?"

Unanswered.

What she expected me to do

Stop dating them

Stop believing them

Stop feeling content

Bingo

Being like her - so blue and disgusted.

"You know what?"

"I did not."

And I?

I dated them.

I believed them.

I loved them.

What about her?

It doesn’t matter anymore.

Actually, it never did.
